Returns Accepted for Unopened Products Only
If your purchase remains completely sealed and unopened, you may return it for any reason within 30 days of delivery. We only accept returns for unopened products because once these personal nature items are used, they pose potential hygiene and privacy risks that make them unfit for recirculation.
Customer Covers Return Shipping Costs
For eligible unopened returns, the customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs to return the item. The return shipping fee will be based on the distance between the origin and our warehouse, and will be deducted from your original payment amount.
No Returns for Opened/Used Products
